BLAIR, Louise E., age 96, of Centerville passed away Thursday, July 28, 2005 at her residence. She was a music professor at the University of Dayton teaching piano and the organ. Louise was an outstanding performer. She served numerous churches as organist for 40-50 years. Louise belonged to the American Guild of Organists, the Dayton Music Club, the Dayton Piano Teachers Study Club and was active in the music community. She was known for being a placement coordinator placing organists in various churches across the community. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert in 1979. She is survived by special friends, Golden Brown, Vi Headly, Bob and Olga Mahlstede and Pete Pecsok. Funeral services will be held at the Routsong Funeral Home of Centerville, 81 N. Main St., at 11:00 AM Monday, with Pete Pecsok officiating. Burial in Woodland Cemetery. Family will receive relatives and friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. The family would like to extend a special thanks to all the Comfort Keepers-Centerville staff for all their devotion and care.
