M Janice Pean

PEAN, M. Janice, 82, of Kettering passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. Janice was a member of Fairmont Presbyterian Church and was active in the Women’s Association. She volunteered at Kettering Medical Center, Heartland of Centerville and the South Dayton Food Bank and was a member of the F.P.P.C. Janice was a graduate of the School of Nursing from the University of Michigan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn L. “Penny” Pean in 2000. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Pean (Tom) Wenz of Beavercreek; son, Doug Pean of Sun Lakes, AZ; granddaughters, Cara (fiancée Kyle Messaros) Wenz of Dublin, OH and Kristin (Scott) Dietz of Beavercreek; sister, Jeanne Bokerman of Napoleon, OH and brother, Alan (Lou) Adsmond of Grand Rapids, MI. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2007 at 1:00 PM at Fairmont Presbyterian Church, 3705 Far Hills Ave., Kettering with Rev. Dr. Robert H. Wade officiating. Family will greet friends following the service at the church. Inurnment in Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
