age 96, of Kettering, passed away, Friday, November 1, 2002, at Trinity Community of Beavercreek. She and her family emigrated from Hamburg, Germany in 1950. Magdalene was preceded in death by her husband, Otto, in 1991. She was active in the YWCA's former Int'l Dept. and her hobbies were crocheting and crossword puzzles. Survived by 2 sons and a daughter-in-law, Dr. Dietrich Orlow & Maria of Seattle and Manfred of Kettering; granddaughter and her husband, Ingrid Orlow & David Ornstein of Seattle; great granddaughter, Katja Orlow-Ornstein; sister, Anni Paul of Hamburg; and many nieces and nephews in Germany. Memorial services Tuesday, 10:00 AM at St. John's United Church of Christ, 515 E. 3rd St ., Dayton, with Rev. Mark A. Moore officiating.
