REGER, Margaret Elsie (Wallace) age 82, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at Walnut Creek Nursing Center. Margaret was born October 19, 1924 to Alexander and Norah Wallace in Glasgow, Scotland. She moved to the United States in 1928 when she was 4 years old, and lived in Mt. Clemens, MI for 6 years and Sidney, OH for 6 years. Margaret graduated from Sidney High School, June 3, 1943, attended DeForrest School of Electronics and took x-ray training at Belmont Hospital in Chicago. She was an active volunteer at Womanline, a member of C.C.L. and was a past member of Southern Hills United Methodist Church. She married Harvey A. Reger on November 22, 1951 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Harvey passed away on August 3, 1983. Margaret is survived by her 4 sons, Jeff (Cheryl) of Xenia, OH; Richard (Susan) of Auburn, IN and their children, Alyson, Adam and Andrew; Randy (Nancy) of Worthington, OH and their children, Alec, Ben and Emily; and Bruce (Elizabeth) of Dayton, OH and their children, Madison and Sam; sister, Moira Moore; nieces, Holly Janney of Salt Lake City, UT and Heather Janney of Dayton. A memorial service will be held Monday, February 5, 2007 at 11AM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E Stroop Rd., Kettering with Pastor Dean Penrod officiating. The family will receive friends at a reception immediately following the service until 2:00 PM at the funeral home. In memory of Margaret, contributions may be made to Womanline, 301 E.
