Margaret Margie Mazak

MAZAK, Margaret “Margie”, age 92, of Kettering, passed away Monday, December 27, 2004. Margie was born in Eppstein, Germany and came to the United States in 1926. She graduated from Parker Co-Op. Margie had a variety of jobs. She was a luggage buyer for Elder & Johnson then worked at Shawen Acres Orphanage in admitting. She also worked at Beerman’s in Northtown in the children’s dept. and later became a cashier in the cafeteria for Kettering City Schools. Preceded in death by her parents, Heinrich and Maria Liesebrink. Survived by her daughter, Diana (Ralph) Else, of Grand Prairie, TX; grandson, Jeffrey Szilagyi, of Reno, NV; cousin, Harry Dilger, of Laguna Woods, CA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday at Routsong Funeral Home, 6 Oakwood Ave., Oakwood with Rev. William C. Youngkin officiating. Burial in Woodland Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of choice.
