Margery Williams

WILLIAMS, Margery, age 85, of Kettering passed away Monday, July 21, 2008 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was a long time member of Fairmont Presbyterian Church. Margie was a graduate of Grove City High School in Grove City, PA and was a secretary for the Dayton law firm of Esterbrook, Finn and McKee for several years. She was a member of the Engineer Club Women's Bowling League and volunteered for Meals on Wheels. Margie and Fred enjoyed meeting their many friends for lunch at Culp's Cafe, Central Perk or First Watch. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Anne Williams; sisters, Esther Keck, Grace Campbell, Jane Wilcox and Betty Hunter; brothers, Robert and John Campbell; and nephew, John S. Campbell. Margie is survived by her loving husband of 63 years Fred; sons, Fred (Lena) Williams Jr. and their son Frederick of Cincinnati and Robert Williams of St. Paul, MN; sister, Anne Bergstrom of Chicago, IL; nieces, Jane Bush, Christy Truitt, Sue Skidmore, Becky Solfield, and Anne Marshall; nephews, Willard Hunter, Bob Jim Campbell, Bruce Campbell and William McCullough. Margie was the perfect wife, a loving mom and grandmother. The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation and thanks to the ICU department of Miami Valley Hospital for the great care given to Margie and family. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Fairmont Presbyterian Church, 3705 Far Hills Ave., Kettering with Dr. Robert H. Wade officiating. Burial in David's Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday from 6-8:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville.
