BRILEY, Marilyn Ann "Lynn" passed away peacefully at her daughter's home on January 8, 2019. Marilyn was born on May 1, 1934 in Greensburg, IN to Joseph and Edna Harpring. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Gerald Briley. She is survived by her beloved children; Michael (Juliet) Briley, Lisa (Phillip) Ulrich, Mark (Rita) Briley, and Matthew (Sophia) Briley, daughter-in-law Vicki Briley, 11 grandchildren; sister, Phyllis Acra and brother Ken Harpring as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Marilyn lived for a brief time in Denver, CO where she was employed by United Airlines. She married Gerald in 1958 and they settled in Dayton, OH where she again was employed by United Airlines. Marilyn was a member of Holy Angels Bridge for Charity and played for over 50 years. She was an avid collector of Hallmark ornaments and figurines and eventually owned her own store; Lynn's Hallmark. She will be most remembered for her outgoing personality by all of her dear friends and those whose lives she has touched. The family will greet friends from 9-10:30am on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. A mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am at Church of the Incarnation 7415 Far Hills Ave., Centerville. Burial in Bellbrook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
