Marilyn L. Courtney

COURTNEY, Marilyn L. age, 86 of Kettering, died Saturday, April 15, 2006 at Wood Glen Nursing Home. Marilyn was born March 14, 1920 in Des Moines, Iowa to William and Inez Hutchison. Marilyn was a homemaker and loving mother. She volunteered at The Little Exchange in Oakwood for a time. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Inez Hutchison and former husband, Virgil Courtney. She is survived by daughter, Pamela (Mike) Shively; son, Douglas (Donna) Courtney; and two grandchildren, Chenoa Rose and Rebecca Louise Maya Courtney all of Kettering; brother, William (Polly) Hutchison of Des Moines, Iowa and nieces and nephews. Private memorial services for Marilyn will be held at Sugar Creek Presbyterian Church. Inurnment in Violet Hill Cemetery, Perry Iowa.
