Martha Jeanne Forsythe

FORSYTHE (Martha) Jeanne, age 87, died peacefully after a brief illness at Garden Manor Retirement Extended Care Center in Middletown, OH on April 4, 2009. She was born February 16, 1922 to Carl and Mary Broadstone of Urbana, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James, and her sister Margaret Sawyer. She is survived by her daughters, Jackie (Chad) Heflin of Trenton, OH, Linda (Terry) Miller of Delaware, OH; grandchildren, Jason (Cheryl) Heflin of Trenton, Oh, Eric Miller of Gahanna, OH, Sara (Brian) Kapel of Delaware, OH, and Morgan Heflin of Cincinnati, OH; great grandchildren, Alec and Jackson Heflin, and Brennen Kapel; and her brother Bill (Joanne) Broadstone of Urbana, OH; and several nieces and nephews. She was a registered nurse for Franklin City Schools for twenty-five years. A memoriam of her life will be held at a later date.
