Martin Orville Shipley

SHIPLEY, Martin Orville, age 68, of Beavercreek, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2015. Martin was born to the late Buford and Mary (nee Ruhlman) Shipley on October 4, 1946 in Hamilton, OH. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the war in Vietnam. Martin owned McDonald's restaurants and was a member of Ascension Catholic Church, the NRA and was formerly on the committee for The Ronald McDonald House. A grave side service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Dayton National Cemetery. In memory of Martin, donation may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
