Mary M. Linder

LINDER, Mary M., age 83, a 60 year resident of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2006 at Bethany Lutheran Village, Centerville. Mary was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Kettering. She was a graduate of Waynesville High School and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Wilmington College. Mary retired in 1972 after teaching in the Dayton area for 26 years. She was a Docent Emeritus at the Dayton Art Institute Museum and a member of the Dayton Philharmonic Women’s Association. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Marion Young; sister, Ellen Fox; brother, William Moss, both of Waynesville; niece, Karen McCray of Beavercreek; and nephews, John Hartley Fox of Sacramento, CA, Jay and Jerry Linder of North Carolina. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with Dr. Paul Stuckey officiating. Burial in Miami Cemetery, Corwin, OH. Family will greet friends from 5-8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at the funeral home.
