LINDER, Mary M., age 83, a 60 year resident of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2006 at Bethany Lutheran Village, Centerville. Mary was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Kettering. She was a graduate of Waynesville High School and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Wilmington College. Mary retired in 1972 after teaching in the Dayton area for 26 years. She was a Docent Emeritus at the Dayton Art Institute Museum and a member of the Dayton Philharmonic Women’s Association. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Marion Young; sister, Ellen Fox; brother, William Moss, both of Waynesville; niece, Karen McCray of Beavercreek; and nephews, John Hartley Fox of Sacramento, CA, Jay and Jerry Linder of North Carolina. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with Dr. Paul Stuckey officiating. Burial in Miami Cemetery, Corwin, OH. Family will greet friends from 5-8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at the funeral home. In memory of Mary, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420 or to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, 1900 Richmond Rd., Lexington, KY 40502.
