Mildred Faye Mcdaniel

Age 79 of Kettering, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 1, 2004 at Kettering Medical Center. Mildred was a member of the Fairmont Baptist Church for many years. She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Fraley Quicksall and father, Thomas Fraley, brother Franklin Quicksall and sisters Dora Mullins and Edith Loveless. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 60 years, Paul McDaniel; two daughters, Connie Flannigan and her husband Ronald Flannigan of Brooklyn Park, MN and Pauline Isom of Dayton; granddaughters, Teresa Abney and her husband Andrew Abney of Centerville, Melissa Posterick and her husband Rick Posterick of Brooklyn Park, MN and Jennifer Rosburg and her husband Steve Rosburg of Andover, MN; great-grandsons, Brandon and Jason Paul Abney (JP) and Connor Rosburg. Sisters Opal Gibson (Marshal), Bessie Perkins, Carl (Louise) Fraley, Arlie (Shirley) Fraley and Ernest Quicksall (Helen) and a host of other relatives and friends. She had a passion for red birds and loved to watch them visit her backyard . Her beauty, strength and selfless love will forever be treasured by her grateful family. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to staff at Kettering Medical Center for their kindness and care. May our loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother rest peacefully in the arms of the Lord. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. Shealy officiating. Burial in Woodland Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5-8:00 PM, Tuesday at the funeral home.
