age 92, of Oakwood, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2001. She graduated from Steele High School in 1926. Miriam was a dance instructor with Bott's from 1926-30. From 1930-37, she worked with her sister, Mary Mead-McKenzie, at the Mead School of Dance. She was a member of Dayton Country Club, Dayton Women's Club, Kiwanis Women's Club (past president) and St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Snyder, in 1996, and infant son, Richard Charles Snyder. Survived by her daughter, Sue and her husband, David E. Knop of San Diego CA; her son, Bruce and his wife, Linda Amann-Snyder of Oakwood; and 3 grandchildren, Christy Knop, Molly Knop and Gretchen Snyder. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, in the Routsong Funeral Home, 6 Oakwood Ave. at Irving, Dayton, The Rev. John F. Koepke, III, officiating, with burial in Woodland Cemetery. Friends may call from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Friday, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Miami Valley Hospital Foundation, 1 Wyoming St., Dayton OH 45409.
