Freudenberger, Nancy A. age 80, died September 10, 2016. She was born January 15, 1936 in Dayton, to Edna and Theodore Herbert, both deceased.
Nancy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert, and survived by her sons, Richard and John (Tina); granddaughters, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Kelly (Nick), and Devon (Chris); brother- and sister-in-law, Bill and Pat; nieces, Cara (Don) Chesnes and Dana Oltmanns; and nephews, Jamie and Tad Dicks.
She was a long time member of The Lutheran Church of Our Savior and a graduate of Roosevelt High School and Miami Jacobs.
Nancy's talents were many: she was an accomplished seamstress, a champion knitter, a beloved wife, mom, grandma, aunt, community volunteer, and friend. She enjoyed traveling both the United States and the world, collecting memories as she went. She volunteered for many things over the years at her Church and touched many lives.
A service of Celebration of her life will be held Thursday at The Lutheran Church of Our Savior at 10:00AM, with Pastors Stefan Brickman and Gary Eichhorn officiating.
Burial in David's Cemetery. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 to 8:00PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville.
