URBANSKY, Nancy K., (Holmes), age 62, passed away Friday, May 27, 2005. A loving and giving wife, mother and grandmother born in Dayton on December 23, 1942. A beloved daughter of Mary and Clarence Holmes also of Dayton; cherished niece of Edith and Herb Coughlin; dearly beloved cousins in Florida, Maryland and Ohio. Nancy graduated from Centerville High School and attended Ohio University where she was a co-ed and on homecoming courts. She was a member of Southminster Presbyterian Church and always giving tirelessly to her community, church and particularly to her peers fighting advanced breast cancer where she founded a support group “ABC of Kettering”. In 1978 Nancy and Don started a medical manufacturer’s representative company. She was chairman and board member of a national medical representative organization. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Donald Urbansky; son, Stephen Clark; daughter, Holly Ann and granddaughter, Kasey Lynn. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420 in Nancy’s name. The family will meet friends Monday, May 30, 2005 from 4-7:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.
