Naomi Ruth Bornemann

Naomi Ruth Bornemann, age 92, of Kettering, passed away peaceably at Liberty Retirement Center on November, 10, 2014, surrounded by loved ones. She was born the 3rd of 5 children to Enoch and Opal (Mustard) Osborn on November the 18th, 1921. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Clarence Bornemann; daughter, Sharon Lynn; sisters, Edna Sibert and Esther Whitaker; and brothers, Glenn and Ernest Osborn. Naomi is survived by three sons, Thomas (Diane) Bornemann of Kettering, Donald (Lana) Bornemann of Springboro, and Daniel (Jan) Bornemann, of Fairview, Oklahoma; daughter, Cynthia (Ed) Hiehle of Kettering; 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, November 14, 2014 at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. Family will greet friends one hour before the service. Burial in Miami Valley Memory Gardens in Centerville. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Hospice of the Miami Valley, 46 N. Detroit Street, Suite B Xenia, Ohio 45385. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Liberty Retirement Center for their patience, compassion and loving care extended to Naomi during her lengthy stay, and a special thanks to the Miami Valley Hospice nurses for the care extended during her final days.
