Nellavee Turner

TURNER, Nellavee, age 83, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2013. Nellavee was born to the late Fayette and Maggie (Swafford) Rockwell in Cookville, TN on December 30, 1929. She retired from the Stroh's Brewery after over 20 years of dedicated service. She loved to cook and spend time with her grandchildren. Nellavee is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Randy Garlen Turner. She is survived by her daughters, Shelley (William) Arrowood and Darnell McIntosh; grandchildren, Katlyn (Noey) Graham, Kristin (Tyler Bond) Arrowood, Kelsey Arrowood, and Karlee Arrowood, Amanda Turner, Brandon Turner, Renee Gulley and David (Alyn) McIntosh; 4 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Family will greet friends for a visitation from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. on Friday, October 4, 2013. Funeral services will be the following day at the funeral home starting at 10:00am. The family would to like send their deepest gratitude to the CCU at Kettering Medical Center for all the wonderful care they gave Nellavee.
