D’AMICO, Nicholas Joseph, age 89, of Kettering, Ohio, passed away on December 1, 2022. Nicholas was born on October 31, 1933 to Michele and Francis (Filoso) D’Amico in Dayton, Ohio.
Nicholas graduated from Chaminade Catholic High School in 1951. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army. He worked at NCR as an engineer until 1975 and then E. S. Gallon and Associates as a Legal Consultant.
He was a member of the Bella Villa Sons of Italy in Dayton, John Pirelli Lodge.
Nicholas was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sr. Mary Jo D’Amico, S.N.D. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Wanda D’Amico; daughter, Debrah (Kent) Brown of Montana; sons, Nicholas (Jean) D’Amico of Colorado, Joseph (Diana) D’Amico of Centerville, Dave (Peggy) D’Amico of Kettering; and stepdaughter, Diana (Doug) Little of Naples, FL; brothers, Thomas (Sandra) D’Amico of Dayton, and Michael (Chris) D’Amico of Dayton; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
Family will greet friends 1:00PM – 2:00PM on Monday, December 5, 2022 at the Calvary Cemetery Chapel, 1625 Calvary Ave, Dayton, OH 45409. A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM at the Calvary Cemetery Chapel. Entombment in Calvary Cemetery.
