Odell M. Loftis

LOFTIS, Odell M., age 95, of Kettering passed away Monday, December 14, 2011. Odell worked for Delco Moraine (GM) for 32 years and attended Hillside Chapel for 16 years. He was a devoted, loving, family man who loved watching and listening to the Gaither's and gardening. Family and faith were very important to Odell. He is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Lyda Loftis; four brothers; one sister; and many special nieces and nephews. Odell is survived by his daughter, Rachel (Joe) Brasier; granddaughter, Rene (Dennis) Zimmer; two special great grandsons, Michael and Caleb; sister, Irene Grubb of Kettering; and special furry friend, Julie. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, December 19, 2011 at David's Chapel, 4600 Mad River Road, Kettering. Family will greet friends half our prior to the service.
