Ollie Mae Engle

ENGLE, Ollie, age 86, of Lebanon, formerly of West Carrollton, passed away on January 24, 2017. Ollie was born October 15, 1930 to the late William and Lena (Daniels) Combs in Harveyton, Ky. She was a dedicated mom, wife, and homemaker. She was very close to all of her sisters, no matter how far apart they lived. She was very involved with her church, participating frequently in social activities and gatherings. Ollie loved shopping. She found great joy in the early mornings, with the first of many cups of coffee. Ollie is preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Bob "Ed" Engle, her sisters, Vesta Fugate and Mary Elizabeth Salyers; her brothers, Arlan, Samual, Hiram, and Quenton Combs. Ollie is survived by her daughter, Lynette (JB Boothe) Engle, grandchild, Evan Boothe Simmons, sisters Margaret Shepherd and Hester Williamson, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, and her beloved grand-puppies- Sadie and Humphrey. The family will receive friends from 10-11am on Friday, January 27, 2017 with a service to follow at 11am, at Routsong Funeral Home's Centerville Chapel, 81 N. Main Street. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton.
