KNEE, Pamela A., age 42, of Kettering became a citizen of Heaven on Sunday, February 16, 2003, after a lengthy battle with brain cancer. Pamela was a member of Agape Assemblies of God Deaf Church in Dayton and member of the Women's Ministries at the church. Preceded in death by her mother, Jeanne Ann Powers. Survived by her husband of 19 years, Douglas K. Knee; daughter, Deanna H. and son, Aaron D. Knee both of Kettering; father and stepmother, Joseph (Marjorie) Powers of Huber Heights, OH; mother-in-law, Jean Knee of Kettering; brothers, Daniel ( Maggie) of Beavercreek, Steve of Centerville, Randy of Tampa, FL, David Powers of Huber Heights; step-brother, Brady (Missy) Drown of Dayton and brothers-in-law, Gregory and Scott Knee. Funeral services will be held, Friday at 11:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. Michael Weldon officiating. Burial in Glen Haven Cemetery, New Carisle. Family will receive friends Thursday evening, February 20, from 4 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, it was Pamela's desire that her children to go to college since she couldn't. Contributions may be made to the Pamela Knee Memorial Fund at any 5/3 Bank. Family may receive condolences via the website at www.routsong.com. Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
