Patricia H. Dicks

DICKS, Patricia (nee Herbert), age 68, of Centerville, passed away Friday, August 13, 2010 at the Walnut Creek Nursing Center. Pat was born in Dayton, Ohio on April 23, 1942. Pat was a volunteer at Twigs and, when her sons were young was a Cub Scout Den Mother. She is preceded in death by her parents Edna (Litmer) Herbert and Theodore Herbert, and her brother-in-law Albert Freudenberger. Pat is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, James and their sons Theodore and James; her sister Nancy Freudenberger; and many nephews and nieces, family and friends. A visitation will be held at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 North Main St., Centerville, on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 from 5:00-8:00PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 19 at 10:00AM also at Routsong Funeral Home. Interment will be at David's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45409. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Andrea Binkley and Patty Streeter of Hospice of Dayton for all of their efforts on behalf of Pat.
