PHELPS, Patricia M., age 72, of Washington Twp., passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband William C. Phelps. She is survived by her sons, Daniel (Sheri) Phelps, Kevin Phelps; daughter, Melanie (Tim) Blessing; grandchildren, Nicholas (Courtney Murphy) Blessing, Daniel, Hanna, and Tabitha Phelps; great-grandchild, Kamden Blessing; sister, Sharon Lynn Combs; brother, Richard (Susan) Brinsley. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00PM on Friday, June 17, 2011 at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home, at 11:00AM on Saturday, June 18, with Rev. Rick F. Brinsley officiating. Burial will be held at the Centerville Cemetery.
