Paul Banca Garland

GARLAND, Paul Banca, age 66, of Clayton, formerly of Cincinnati passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2013. He was born on February 4, 1947 in Cincinnati to the late Paul Jefferson and Faye Garland. Paul graduated from Withrow High School in Cincinnati then went on to earn his Bachelors degree from University of Cincinnati. He worked for over 25 years as a line haul supervisor at ABF Freight. Paul enjoyed playing pool and watching his Cincinnati Reds and Bengals. He always stayed tuned to what was happening in politics and was a member of the Democratic National Committee. Paul is survived by his son, Jason (Tina) Garland, grandchildren, Gillian and Andrew Garland, sisters, Trish (Ron) Michael and Debbie (Tom) Schumacher, special cousin, Wanda (Carrol) Estep, and nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 East Stroop Road, Kettering. Family will greet friends one hour before the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Democratic National Committee at their website www.democrats.org.
