Paul N. Pfaff

PFAFF, DDS., Paul N., age 76, of Kettering, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at the Hospice of Dayton. He grew up in Sandusky, OH where he graduated high school. He attended Capital University and then went onto and graduated from The Ohio State University School of Dentistry, and was a life long Buckeye fan. After graduation, Paul served two years in the United States Army at Fort Devens, Mass. practicing in their dental clinic. He practiced dentistry locally for 42 years. Paul was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Dorothy (Haynes) Pfaff, his first wife Shirley (Mankat) Pfaff and daughter Kimberly (Thompson) Yale. He is survived by his wife Sandra (Thompson), his daughters Jennifer (Richard) Kellstrom, Julie (Stephen) Kuntz, Elaine (Louis) Knock, and Jody (Henry) Picagli. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren Adam Roark, Bradley and Allison Kuntz, David and Michael Knock, Zachary (Lindsey), Brittany, Kelsey and Matthew Davidson and Michael and David Picagli and great-granddaughter Lyla. Also survived by brother Wayne (Deni) Pfaff and several nieces and nephews. Paul was an active member of the Dayton Dental Society, Delta Sigma Delta, Kettering-Centerville Kiwanis and a faithful Christian who was an active member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Kettering. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him. Visitation will be at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E Stroop Rd., Kettering, OH 45429, Friday, December 17, 5:00-8:00pm. Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 901 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering, Ohio 45429, with Pastor Thomas Prochaska officiating. Burial will follow at David�s Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to Hospice of Dayton, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Kettering-Centerville Kiwanis or charity of one�s choice.
