Paul Thomas Eagan, Jr.

EAGAN, Paul T. Tom Jr., age 86, formally of Kettering, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2018. Tom was born in Canonsburg, PA., on October 7, 1931 to Paul Eugene and Elizabeth Eagan. He served in the U.S. Airforce during the Korean War. After his service in the military he became a buyer for Elder Beermans for over 20 years. Tom then worked at Routsong Funeral Home until his retirement. He was an avid bird watcher, member of the Audubon Society and also volunteered at Englewood Audubon Society. Preceded in death by his parents. Survived by his loving wife Cheryl Bodey Eagan; 2 sons, Tom and David Eagan; 2 stepchildren, Robert S. (Janet) Bodey and Elizabeth (Col FC Christopher) Weaver; 4 grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; one sister, Joan Wanous. A memorial service will be held at 1:30pm on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Church of the Cross, 3121 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, OH.
