Peggy Louise Gabbard

age 65 of Centerville, passed away peacefully Saturday January 18, 2003 at Hospice of Dayton. In her earlier years as a homemaker she was very involved with her church community and her children's lives. Peggy currently worked in the finance department for the City of Centerville for which she was very proud of. Her life was a love affair blessed with 47 years of marriage. Her children and grandchildren were the pride of her life. Peggy was considered by her family as their angel. Preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Martha Perkins. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Ron Gabbard; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Steven (Tina) Gabbard of Miamisburg and Michael (Sandra) of Centerville; 3 grandchildren, Rachael, Ryan and Ross Gabbard; sister, Charlotte Greenauer; brother, Fred (Linda) Perkins; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and many special life long friends. Funeral services will be held, Thursday, January 23, 2003 at 10:30 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville with the Revs. Tom and Jan Harry officiating. Burial in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
