Philip M. Cruz

CRUZ, Philip Milligan, was born October 5, 1968 in Sayre, PA. He went home to be with his Lord on February 18, 2004. Philip graduated from Coudersport High School of Coudersport, PA in 1986. He graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Cedarville University, Cedarville, OH in 1990. He was employed by Lockheed Martin Corp. of Dayton, OH as a Sr. Systems Engineer. Philip was an active member of Washington Heights Baptist Church of Dayton, where he served as a deacon and was involved in youth and music ministries. Philip is survived by his wife, Nancy; daughter, Lauren Marie (10); son, Philip Nathan (5); parents, Dr. Moises B. and Eileen Cruz; sisters, Lizandra (Jim) Bonvillian, Leslie (David) Ruegsegger, Loralee (Gordon) Leach, Louanne (Dan) Erlandson, Lynette (John) Keenan; and many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. Visiting hours will be held at Washington Heights Baptist Church, 5650 Far Hills Ave., Kettering, on Friday, February 20 from 5-8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at Washington Heights Baptist Church on Saturday at 11:00 AM.
