age 55 of Oakwood, died March 5, 2002. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, Dayton Polish Club, and the Holy Angels Church. Philip retired after 30 years as a controller at Delphi Chassi and was currently working as a controller at Electra Form. Preceded in death by his brother Henry Musial; parents, Joseph and Gertrude Musial. Survived by wife, Rosemary of 37 years; daughter, Michele and Daniel Aprati of Chicago, Illinois; son, Philip Musial of Lancaster, Ohio; grandchildren, Tyler Joseph and Amanda Nicole Aprati; sister, Florence Szymanski; and brother, Joseph Musial, and many other beloved family members. Funeral services Saturday, March 9, 2002, 10:00 AM from the Jarzembowski Funeral Home to SS. Peter and Paul Church with a Mass of Resurrection at 10:30 AM. Friends and family may visit on Friday March 8, 2002 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Jarzembowski Funeral Home, 18957 West Warren at Artesian.
