Phillip Marlow Mantia

age 53, passed away in Atlanta, GA on March 28, 2001. He attended Fairmont East High School and was an avid sports enthusiast all of his life. Preceded in death by his wife, Susan Mattingly Mantia on May 28, 1977 and his father, Michael J. Mantia Sr., April 20, 1996. Survived by a son, David P. Mantia and his wife Tammy; 2 granddaughters, Susan and Jennifer Mantia; his mother, Bonnie E. Mantia; 2 brothers, Michael Mantia and his wife Debby and Sonny Mantia and his wife, Elfrieda; 2 nephews, Michael and Tyler Mantia; and 2 aunts and uncles, Frances and Millard Duff and Park and Nadine Nunley. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers the family wishes for all of your prayers. The family wishes to express their sincerest thanks to Phil's caretakers at New Dimensions.
