HAZEL Phyllis E., age 76, of Washington Twp. passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. Phyllis was associated with First Lutheran Church. She attended the University of Dayton and graduated from Miami Jacobs College. Phyllis is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Robert Hazel; 2 sisters, Jane Roberts of Washington Twp. and Georgia Culbertson of Oakwood and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM Friday, November 25, 2005 with a memorial service at 7:30 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Private family burial Saturday in Woodland Cemetery.
