age 78, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2001, in Sioux City, IA. She retired from Dayton Reliable Tool & Manufacturing Company. Phyllis was a member of Hope United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by husbands, Charles Vore and Mark Haines; and parents, Dorotha and Earl Hunt. Survived by daughter, Rene Prestby and her husband, Nick, of Kennesaw, GA; 2 sons, Craig Vore of Coconut Creek, FL and Jeffrey Vore and his wife, Bonnie, of Dakota Dunes SD; 3 granddaughters, Nicole, Samantha and Rachael Prestby; 2 grandsons, Bryan and Craig Vore; and 3 sisters, Vera Hunt Miller and her husband, Melvin, of Dayton, Harriet Hunt of Dayton and Doris Quartararo and her husband, Larry, of New York. A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday, January 4, 2002, at Hope United Methodist Church, 5980 Wilmington Pike, Centerville, with Pastor Tom Brown officiating. The family will greet friends in the church following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope United Methodist Church or your favorite charity.
