JONES, Quinton Taylor, age 33, of Trenton, passed away Friday, May 17, 2024. Quinton was born July 4, 1990, to Sinda and Terry Jones. He attended Springboro and Franklin High Schools. Quinton graduated in 2009 from Franklin. He loved and played all sports but especially football. Quinton was an all-state running back and MVP and continued his love of football by receiving a scholarship and playing for Urbana University. Following college, Quinton proudly served in the Army receiving many honors, as he always excelled in everything he did. Quinton also received his CDL. He enjoyed working out as evident by looking at him. Quinton would style his outfits with his many gym shoes, saying “ohhhh check out da DRIP”. He loved boating and his time spent at Norris Lake with his family! He was so funny and sentimental. Quinton was all about his kids and his family. He was a loving and cherished father, son, and brother, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Quinton is survived by his mother, Sinda Jones (fiancé TR Routsong); father, Terry (Julie) Jones; sister, Brittny (Tyler) Nunes; brother, Dylan Jones; daughter, Paisley Jones; nephews, Mack and Crosby Nunes; the mother of his children, Kathryn Jones; children, Jayden, Quinnley, Steely, and Kayleigh; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Services for Quinton will be held Sunday, June 2 beginning at 2:00pm at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with a celebration to follow. Quinton was a huge Alabama football fan, rooting for the Crimson Tide! To celebrate and honor Quinton, the family requests you wear your favorite college football jersey as long as it’s Alabama 😉 We are going to roll with Q! ROLL TIDE!
