Randall was born September 22, 1949. A proud veteran, he served in the First Infantry of the Army during the Vietnam War and was stationed in Cambodia. Randall showed great strength and resilience throughout his life and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Carl Smith, and girlfriend, Patti Meeker. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Zachary (Brandie) Smith, and Adam (Sarah) Smith; step-son, Jackson Armstrong; grandchildren, Kaz, Oliver, Maddox, and Georgia; and beloved service dog, Jojo.
