Richard J. Hohne

HOHNE, Richard J., age 58 of Kettering, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2011 after a brave battle against cancer. Rick proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He received his Masters in Finance from the University of Dayton. He was very dedicated to The Union Institute where he worked as a Controller. Preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Betty Hohne, and brother Bill. Rick is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Debby Hohne; sons, James (Annemarie) Hohne of Honolulu, HI and Joel Hohne of Kettering, OH; grandchildren, Talen, Katherine, William and Christopher; brothers, Mike, Chuck, and Rob Hohne; sisters, Mary Leming and Jayne Burk; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 6:00pm at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 E Stroop Rd, Kettering, OH. Family will greet friends following the service until 8:00pm.
