GOOD, Richard T. "Dick", passed away September 29, 2015, in Oakwood, OH. Dick was born February 25, 1932 to Fred and Violet Good of Flint, Michigan. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Adele. He is also survived by his five daughters: Cheryl Good Zavagno (Paul), Deborah Good-Krochock (Russ), Brenda Good Hellwig (Mark), Laura Good (David Touve), and Linda Good. As well as Adele's children: John Cunningham, Jim Cunningham (Dana), and Anne Davis (Peter). Dick had the joy of 16 grandchildren: Dylan and Trevor Zavagno, Ryan Thomas, Emmett and Calvin Krochock, Sean and Samantha Kugler, Jennifer and Mark Hellwig Jr., Alena Touve, Sarah and Jack Cunningham, Jamie and Colin Cunningham, Ben and Adele Davis, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. When you think of Dick Good, you think of the University of Michigan, where he was president of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity and was tapped by the Druid Honorary Society. After college, he joined Procter & Gamble and became a brand manager. Following an assignment in Mexico City for P&G, Dick joined the consulting firm of McKinsey & Co. in Chicago. In 1973, he was named Executive Vice-President of Ponderosa Systems and moved to Dayton, Ohio. In 1980, he founded his own management consulting firm, R.T. Good & Associates, Inc. Dick was a member of the associate board of the Dayton Art Institute, and was a past president of the board of The Dayton Ballet. He also served as president of the Michigan Alumni Club and in recent years enjoyed membership in The Forty-Nine Club. In retirement, he served on the Board for the 2003 Celebration of Flight for the City of Dayton, and in 2008, he was the co-chair of the City of Oakwood's Centennial Celebration. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 10, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 33 W. Dixon Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul's to support the Youth Mission Trip or to a charity of your choice. A special thank you to everyone at Brookdale-Oakwood for their loving care.
