Robert Michael King, Jr.

King, Robert M. Jr., passed away on November 27, 2009, at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He was preceded in death by parents, Robert M. and Ruth King of Lafayette, IN; and is survived by brother, Dennis King of Columbus, IN; and sisters, Jane Nerney of Crown Point, IN, Julia King of Tucson, AZ and Patricia Keller of Tampa, FL. Bob graduated from Jefferson High School in Lafayette, IN in 1951, attended Purdue University and served in the United States Air Force. The family would like to thank the Veterans Administration staff for their kindnesses and the excellent care they took of Bob over the years and during his final illness. Bob gave us a greater awareness and appreciation of the difficulties those with mental illness experience. Services are private. Arrangements entrusted to Routsong Funeral Home, Kettering, Ohio.
