Robert N. Ingle

May 15, 1915 — November 15, 2003

age 88, of Kettering, passed away, Saturday, November 15, 2003 at Bethany Lutheran Village of Centerville. Robert graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1933 and he retired from Associated Spring Corp. where he worked as Quality Control Manager. He served his country as an Army sergeant during WW2 and received the American Campaign Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, and the WW2 Victory Medal. Robert was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge and Dayton Valley of Scottish Rite. He was an avid and accomplished golfer with a hole in one to his credit. Robert enjoyed the game from his youth through most of his lengthy retirement. He was preceded in death just two weeks ago by his beloved wife, Mary, of 68 years. Survived by his daughter and son in law, Suzanne and Don Malone, and granddaughter Kristen Malone, all of Kettering; sister, Catherine Shiverdecker of Dayton; sister-in-law, Nella Lee Shellabarger of Beavercreek; and many devoted nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held, Monday, November 17, 1:00 P.M. at David's Cemetery. Arrangements by Routsong Funeral Home.
