Ronald C. Hittle

HITTLE, Ronald C., age 67, of Kettering, passed away peacefully the morning of Sunday, June 24, 2007 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. He was born August 18, 1939 in Detroit, MI. Ron is survived by his loving wife, Jacquie Hittle; his three sons, Steven and wife, Mary Lou and their children, Ryan, Dillon and Ethan; Michael; Matthew and wife, Danielle; brothers, Ken, Richard and John; sister, Patricia Brumleve and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Ron was devoted in his faith through the Church of the Ascension for 38 years and joyously worked as a career counselor at Sinclair Community College for 16 years. He had a generous passion for life, a contagious sense of humor and enjoyed gardening, swimming, and riding his bike. He was also actively involved in a multitude of groups including Christ Renews His Parish, Men’s Fellowship, Catholics Come Home Program, St. Francis Men’s Group, and Cursillo. The family will receive family and friends from 4:30-8:00 PM, Thursday, June 28th at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, June 29th at 1:00 PM at the Church of the Ascension, Kettering. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Church of the Ascension, 2025 Woodman Dr., Kettering, OH 45420 or to a scholarship in his name at the Sinclair Foundation at 444 W.
