Roy Edgar Tinch

TINCH, Roy Edgar “Ed”, age 69, of Kettering, formerly of Tinchtown, TN passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. Ed was a long time member of Christ Life Church and the Bricklayers Local #22. He owned and operated Ed Tinch Tile for over 40 years. Ed was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, and 1 sister. He is survived by his loving wife, Hulene Tinch; children, Fredia (Frank) Black, Gail Tinch, Rhonda Johnson, and Jamie (Rebecca) Tinch; grandchildren, Jeremy Collins, Matthew Collins, Brittany Yusko, Alec Tinch, Luc Tinch, Ella Tinch, and Hana Tinch, Randy (Susie) Black, and Ryan (Meredith) Black; great-grandson, Caden; brothers, Ogle (Carrie Lee) Tinch, Leo Tinch, and Paul (Hazel) Tinch; sister, Judy Flaugher; and special friend Harold Abney. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2005 at 11:00AM at Christ Life Church, 4555 Marshall Rd., Kettering, with Pastors Fred and Katrina Wilson officiating. A visitation will be held Friday from 4-7:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Ed will be buried in the Tinch family cemetery in Jamestown, TN following the services in Tennessee.
