Ruby Jo Daniel

DANIEL, Ruby Jo, age 84, of Centerville, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2008 in Kettering, OH after an extremely courageous two year battle with illness. Ruby was born and spent her childhood in Pilot Point, TX. As a young teenager she relocated to Salinas, CA where she resided until 1955, and then moved to Dayton. Ruby retired as a Sales Associate from the Rike Kumler Company in 1983 after 25 years of service. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law; Bill and Jan of Kettering, her son and daughter-in-law, Monte and Devonne of Tipp City and her daughter and son-in-law, Kaye and Steve Zax of Kettering; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Ruby will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Her unselfish devotion to her family and friends was remarkable. She lived her life for her children and her children were her life. Private funeral services will be at the convenience of the family at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville, OH. Entombment will be in David's Cemetery in Kettering.
