Ruby L. Rees

REES, Ruby L., age 94 of Dayton and Kettering, died Friday, October 12, 2007. Ruby was a member of the Central Christian Church of Kettering, Kettering & Suburban Senior Citizens, and Treasurer of Southeast FISH. Ruby retired from Civil Service at WPAFB in 1977. She was preceded in death by her parents Ota Rees & Stella (Galloway) Rees, 2 sisters; Helen and Osa Rees, 3 brothers; Clinton, Chester, and Ralph Rees. Ruby is survived by 2 nieces; Nancy (Roger) Staggs of New Carlisle and Dorothy McKinney of Boise, ID and 3 nephews; Larry Rees of CA, Jerry Rees of OH and Mark (Patty) Rees of IN; grand-niece, Julie (Eric) Hunn of Miamisburg, OH; and two special friends; Carolyn (Cecil) Pugh of Bellbrook, OH and Jean (Robert) Cochoy of Beavercreek, OH. Funeral services will be held 2PM, Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Road, Kettering, OH with Rev. David Turner officiating. Burial in Glenn Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle. Family will greet friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
