POBST, Russell J, Jr., "Rusty", age 60, passed away on Friday, February 19, 2010. Rusty retired from Coca-Cola after 21 years of service and was a volunteer for the Kettering Fire Dept. from 1979 1984. Preceded in death by his parents, Russell J. Pobst, Sr. and Betty (Altenburg). Rusty is survived by his four children, Leslie Pobst, Brian D. Pobst, Sr., Jeremy Pobst and Lily Pobst all of Kettering, OH; seven grandchildren; and his sister Nancy Bany and her children. The family will greet friends on Friday, February 26, 2010 from 5:30-6:30PM with a memorial service at 6:30PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E Stroop Rd., Kettering, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc., 24 N. Jefferson St. Dayton, OH 45402. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.routsong.com.
