Ruth E. Strawser

STRAWSER, Ruth E., age 89, of Kettering passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at Spring Creek Nursing Center, Huber Heights. Ruth worked as a Food Service Manager at Fairmont East High School. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jason D. Strawser who passed away in November 1968 at the age of 57; and sister, Celesta Snyder. Ruth is survived by her three daughters, Sharon Fritz of Spokane, WA, Carole (Richard) Greene of Avon, IN and Cindy (Tom) Hensley of Tipp City; 9 grandchildren, David, Robert, and Jennifer Fritz and Lori Seltzer; Michael (Beth), Lisa (Robert) Owens and Kimberly Stephens; Timothy (Teena) and Mark Hensley; 5 great grandchildren, Timothy, Chase, Christopher, Rex and Megan and her sister, Betty Zimmerman of Piqua. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 8 at 1:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Oakwood. There will be no public visitation. Burial in Woodland Cemetery.
