Ruth E. (Yates) Jones

of Lebanon, OH passed away on Friday, February 17, 2006 at Heartland Hospital in Sebring, FL, where she spent the winter months. Ruth attended the Towne Blvd Church of God in Middletown, OH. She retired from Sears, in retail sales, after 30 years of service. Ruth and her first husband Cliff Yates were instrumental in the beginning of Christian Life Center Church. She was former member of the Bethel Temple Church in Dayton, OH. She was preceded in death by her first husband Clifford Yates (1998); brother, Jack Black; sister, Annette Jones. Ruth is survived her loving family and husband Howard Jones; daughter, Debra (Steve) Osborne of Springboro, OH 2 sons, Mike (Eve) Yates of Chicago, IL and Jerry (Beverly) Yates of Kettering, OH; 3 grandchildren, Amanda Yates, Justin Yates, and Stephen Osborne; sister-in-law, Jenny Yates of Brookville, OH and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Family will receive friends from 5-8PM on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2006 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM, on Friday, Feb. 24th at the funeral home with Rev. Frank Curtis officiating. Burial at Arlington Cemetery, Brookville, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Towne Blvd Church of God, 3722 Towne Blvd., Franklin, Ohio 45005.
