PARKER, Ruth Jean (Pearson), age 87, was born on October 20, 1928, in a small village in Alderly Edge, Cheshire, England.
She met her husband, Thomas Parker, during WWII. After the war, her mother brought her over on the Queen Elizabeth I to marry Thomas. They settled in Dayton and had two children, Caroline and Christopher. Thomas and Jean spent many great times traveling all over the British Isle.
She leaves to mourn, her children Caroline and Chris; grandchildren, Kate, Anna and Graham; great grandchildren, Sierra, Jerry and Althea. They were involved in the World Affairs for many years with the English Booth. We would love to thank Hospice of Dayton for taking care of our mother. Their dedication and professionalism was a great comfort for our family. Each and every person that came into my home was caring and wonderful.
There will be no services for Jean. We ask if you would like to give something in Jeans name, please make a donation to Hospice of Dayton.
