Ruth Pauline Clendening

CLENDENING, Ruth Pauline age, 81, of Washington Township, formerly of Dayton passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. Ruth graduated from Kiser High School and was an active member of the Centerville United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, James L. Clendening; their infant daughter; parents, Joseph and Alice Douglas; and brother, Joseph Douglas. Ruth is survived by her sons, Randall (Judy) Clendening of Virginia and Thomas Clendening of California; daughter, Susan Clendening of Beavercreek; grandchildren, Kevin and Bryan Clendening and Douglas and Carissa Burns; and sister, Mary Luckoski. Ruth’s family will receive friends from 4-7:00PM on Friday, October 19 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. Private graveside services will be in Calvary Cemetery.
