Sally J. "Suji" Caltabellotta

CALTABELLOTTA, Sally J. "Suji", age 77, of Beavercreek, OH, passed away at home and went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. She was born September 11, 1945 in Vincennes, Indiana, the 3rd of four children, to Frank W. Tracy and Margaret L. (Rogers) Tracy. On January 27, 1984, she married the love of her life, George Caltabellotta.

Suji's early years opened her to many cultural and academic experiences, having traveled the world and being educated in Arabia, London, Texas, and Baylor University. While her life was a rich journey of travels, achievements, and love, her life was made truly whole when she became a faithful believer and follower of Jesus Christ. Suji was passionate about her family devotion, faith, and Christian studies and outreach to help others. Her milestones were many, and included being a horse owner and enthusiast, a gifted author ("Silas the Lionhearted" and "Patterns of Extraordinary Leadership"), celebrated artist, and an accomplished special agent, business professional, and executive assistant. Beyond her own talents and successes, Suji has strengthened, inspired, and uplifted countless lives, as the sweetest, most loving, caring, and giving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. But Suji's most important life accomplishments, in her own summation, was her marriage to George and "raising my three sons". Suji's legacy lives on through her grown sons David, Paul, and Joseph, who themselves have become men of deep character and shining examples of true love, generosity, and devotion to their own families.

Suji is survived by her devoted husband of 39 years, George; her loving sons David (Coleen), Paul (Tess), and Joseph (Nicole); her adorable grandchildren, Hudson, Virginia, Joel, Caleb, Jeremy, and Rhiannon. She is also survived by her siblings Bill, Jim, and Sue; loving family relatives Richard, Marceil, Barbara and Bret; and other beloved extended family.

The family would like to thank the numerous caregivers and medical providers who have helped with Suji's care over the years. A visitation will be held from 4-6pm on Monday, June 19, 2023 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Road in Kettering, OH. A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm the following day at Routsong Funeral Home. Burial at David's cemetery to follow. Flowers may be sent to Routsong Funeral Home, or in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
