Sandra A. Ellison (Nee Lewis)

ELLISON, Sandra A. (Nee Lewis) age 66 passed from this earth to our Lord on January 19, 2006 after a year long battle with cancer. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and lifelong friend to many. Sandy was born in Richmond, IN and moved to the St. Petersburg area in 1941. She graduated from St. Pete High School in 1957 and was secretary of the Class of ’57 Reunion Committee. During Sandy’s full life, she was a state-level tennis player, teaching professional, and business woman. Her kindness and compassion for others was shown as a caregiver on the Lavender Team at the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. She is survived by her children Alan Livada of Dayton, OH and Dana Livada of Lenoir, NC; sister, Cheryl Lewis of Vancouver, WA; grandchildren, Alec and Maxwell Livada of Dayton, OH and Lauren Livada of Lenoir, NC. A gathering at Treasure Island Tennis & Yacht Club, Treasure Island, FL, will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2006 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. May God bless her and keep her in His shining light forever.
