Scott Tracy Stirling

STIRLING, Scott T., age 48 of Oakwood, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2010. Scott was an attorney in Dayton. He graduated from Keystone Oaks High School near Pittsburgh in 1979, received his Bachelor of Music from Univ. of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music; his Master of Music from Temple University and his Juris Doctor from University of Michigan Law School. Scott was a dedicated family man who adored his four children. He enjoyed woodworking and attending classical music concerts. A talented musician, Scott also served on the board of the Dayton Philharmonic for a number of years. Survived by his loving wife Cori (nee Funk) Stirling; children, Robert, Andrew, Paige and Allison; father, Allan (Becky) Stirling; mother, Ginny Stirling; sister, Stacy Stirling. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. The family will greet friends on Wednesday, July 28th, from 5:00-8:00PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, OH. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2:00PM at the funeral home with a reception to follow.
